We provide free vending machine service across Calgary and the surrounding communities, including Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane and Okotoks. Machines, installation, stocking, cleaning and repairs cost you $0, there is no contract, and installation usually takes 3 to 5 business days after approval. Here is what different parts of the Calgary area usually need, with a link to the local page for each one.
Calgary
Calgary mixes downtown office towers, a large energy and corporate head-office sector, and big industrial and logistics districts in the northeast and southeast, many of them near the airport and along Deerfoot Trail and Stoney Trail. That means two very different setups:
- Office towers and business parks: compact snack and drink machines, or a combo machine, plus bean-to-cup coffee. See our office vending machines.
- Warehouses, distribution centres and plants: high-capacity snack and drink machines, and fresh and frozen meals for night shifts.
Hospitals, post-secondary campuses, hotels, gyms and apartment buildings round out the picture. Many Calgary employers run more than one shift, so we look at when people are on site, not just how many, before we recommend machines. See vending machine service in Calgary.
Airdrie
Just north of Calgary on Highway 2, Airdrie has grown quickly, with new residential neighbourhoods and an expanding base of industrial, logistics and trades businesses. Shift-based workplaces are a natural fit for combo and fresh-food machines, while recreation centres and schools favour drinks and healthier snacks. See Airdrie.
Chestermere
East of Calgary and known for its lake, Chestermere is mostly residential, with small businesses, schools, recreation facilities and service companies. A single combo machine or a drinks machine is the usual setup for these sites. See Chestermere.
Cochrane
West of Calgary toward the Rockies, Cochrane is a growing town with local businesses, schools, recreation facilities and workplaces along Highway 1A. Gyms and arenas here often want water, sports drinks and protein snacks. See Cochrane and our guide to vending for arenas and recreation centres.
Okotoks
South of Calgary, Okotoks has a mix of retail, light industry, schools and recreation. Small offices and shops usually start with a combo machine, while larger workplaces add coffee. See Okotoks.
Which machine fits your Calgary-area site?
| Site | Typical setup |
|---|---|
| Downtown office floor | Combo machine plus coffee |
| Warehouse, plant or distribution centre | High-capacity snack and drink machines, fresh and frozen meals. See vending for warehouses and plants. |
| Hotel or apartment building | Combo machine in the lobby or amenity room |
| Gym, arena or rec centre | Drinks, water, protein snacks |
| Office of any size | A bottleless water cooler |
Vending in a Calgary winter
Calgary winters are cold and dry, with chinooks that swing the temperature quickly. Machines do best indoors, away from entrance doors that open onto the cold all day. If your only spot is a vestibule or a lobby near the doors, tell us during the site visit and we will recommend the right machine and placement.
How getting a machine works in the Calgary area
- Tell us about your site: the address, roughly how many people are there each day, and the shifts you run.
- Free site visit: we confirm the spot, the outlet and the delivery route, including loading docks and freight elevators in downtown towers.
- Installation: usually 3 to 5 business days after approval.
- Ongoing service: we restock, clean and repair, and adjust the product mix based on what sells at your site.
Companies with an office downtown and a warehouse or yard elsewhere in the city often put both sites on one program, with the right machines at each.
What is the same across the Calgary area
- $0 cost and no contract.
- Payment: tap-to-pay, credit, debit, cash and coins.
- Remote stock monitoring, so restocking is based on what has actually sold.
- New or fully refurbished machines.
- Multi-site programs for companies with locations across Calgary and the rest of Alberta.
Frequently asked questions
Do you serve the rest of Alberta?
Yes. Browse all Alberta cities we serve, or see every province on our locations page.
How fast can you install in Calgary?
Usually 3 to 5 business days after approval, scheduled around your building’s delivery and elevator rules.
Does my workplace qualify?
Offices of about 40 or more people usually qualify for a free machine. Smaller sites can still ask; we will tell you which setup makes sense.
Can you install in a downtown office tower?
Yes. We book the loading dock and freight elevator with your property manager, confirm the outlet and route during the site visit, and install outside busy hours where the building requires it.
