We provide free vending machine service across Edmonton and the surrounding communities, including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove and Leduc. Machines, installation, stocking, cleaning and repairs cost you $0, there is no contract, and installation usually takes 3 to 5 business days after approval. Here is what different parts of the Edmonton region usually need, with a link to the local page for each one.
Edmonton
As Alberta’s capital, Edmonton has a large base of provincial government offices, hospitals and post-secondary campuses, along with downtown office towers and big industrial and logistics areas, many of them along Anthony Henday Drive, the Yellowhead Trail and the east side of the city. That calls for two kinds of setup:
- Offices, government buildings and campuses: a combo machine or separate snack and drink machines, plus bean-to-cup coffee. See our office vending machines.
- Warehouses, plants and service yards: high-capacity snack and drink machines, and fresh and frozen meals for evening and night shifts.
See vending machine service in Edmonton.
St. Albert
Northwest of Edmonton along St. Albert Trail, St. Albert is a largely residential city with retail centres, schools, recreation facilities, clinics and many small and mid-sized businesses. Offices and clinics usually start with a combo machine, while recreation centres favour water and sports drinks. See St. Albert.
Sherwood Park and Strathcona County
East of Edmonton, Sherwood Park is the main community in Strathcona County, which is home to a large concentration of refineries and petrochemical plants. Industrial sites, contractors and their offices run long shifts, so drinks machines, combo machines and fresh-food machines are a common mix. Retail, schools and recreation centres round out the community. See Sherwood Park.
Spruce Grove
West of Edmonton on Highway 16, Spruce Grove is a fast-growing city next to Stony Plain, with retail, light industry, trades businesses, schools and recreation. Small offices and shops usually need one combo machine; shops and yards with crews add a drinks machine. See Spruce Grove.
Leduc and Nisku
South of Edmonton on Highway 2, Leduc is home to Edmonton International Airport and borders the Nisku business park, with energy-services companies, logistics firms and manufacturers. Shift-based sites here are a natural fit for high-capacity machines and fresh meals. See Leduc and our guide to vending for warehouses and plants.

One program for offices and field sites
Many Edmonton-region companies run an office in the city and a yard, shop or plant in Nisku, Sherwood Park or Spruce Grove. Rather than dealing with a different supplier at each site, you can put every location on one program: the right machines at each site, one point of contact, and the same $0 cost and no-contract terms everywhere.
Vending in an Edmonton winter
Edmonton winters are long and cold. Machines do best indoors, away from entrance doors and loading-dock doors that open onto the cold all day. If your only spot is a vestibule or a lobby near the doors, tell us during the site visit and we will recommend the right machine and placement.
How getting a machine works in the Edmonton region
- Tell us about your site: the address, roughly how many people are there each day, and the shifts you run.
- Free site visit: we confirm the spot, the outlet and the delivery route, including loading docks and freight elevators.
- Installation: usually 3 to 5 business days after approval.
- Ongoing service: remote stock monitoring tells us what is selling, so we restock, clean and repair on time and adjust the product mix for your site.
Every machine is new or fully refurbished, and people can pay by tap, credit, debit, cash or coins. Companies with an office in Edmonton and a yard in Nisku or Sherwood Park can put both on one multi-site program.
Frequently asked questions
Do you serve the rest of Alberta?
Yes. Browse all Alberta cities we serve, read our guide to vending in Calgary and area, or see every province on our locations page.
How fast can you install in Edmonton?
Usually 3 to 5 business days after approval, scheduled around your building’s delivery rules.
Does my workplace qualify?
Offices of about 40 or more people usually qualify for a free machine. Smaller sites can still ask; we will tell you which setup makes sense.
Can you install in a downtown office tower or government building?
Yes. We book the loading dock and freight elevator with your property manager, confirm the outlet and route during the site visit, and follow the building’s security and sign-in rules.
Can the company pay for some or all of the snacks?
Yes. With the subsidized or free-vend option, the employer covers part or all of the cost of what employees take, for example as a perk during a busy season or for night shifts. Everyone else pays the regular price on the same machine.
